PsychSesh#7: Perception of Time in Games
What's Good Gamers?! The extension of the season got me feelin' some kinda way. In this PsychSesh, I reflect on the perception of time in games and how a player's concept of time could affect their performance, preparation, and even their perception of themselves. Some tangents in this sesh include the connection between procrastination, unhealthy gaming habits, and the misattributions of the outcome of our efforts. Lastly, I reflect on my movement of empathy for "role" players and some emotions they may have when playing their role for the team.
